• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP. • Build and operate scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments: AKS/GKE, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities. • Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments. • Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows. • Contribute to basic portal application code (modern JS/TS frontend, REST API endpoints, simple backend handlers) when the work calls for it. • Implement proactive monitoring with Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Log Analytics.

• Support and optimize enterprise cloud voice and contact center platforms • Troubleshoot, automate and leverage AI to enhance service efficiency • Handle end-user provisioning and troubleshooting for platforms such as Five9, Microsoft Teams, Avaya, and Cisco • Manage ServiceNow queues, ticket documentation, and user support workflows • Support carrier integrations, SIP trunking, and telecom lifecycle activities • Monitor and optimize voice performance (MOS, latency, jitter, packet loss) • Collaborate with IT, network, vendor, and business teams to deliver solutions

• Leads and performs the maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day administration of finance software applications globally for BETSOL's clients. • Ensure our finance applications run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. • Be a key project team contributor in the implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformation. • Deputize a variety of tasks owned by the Global Finance Applications Lead during their periods of planned leave of absence. • Manage ongoing application role security in line with best practice and our global SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) control framework. • Work with the business to determine appropriate role security for new Finance applications. • Troubleshoot issues and outages in the Finance software and integrations. • Support our out-source partners in monitoring system performance.

• Manage and support the global finance application landscape by administering, configuring, and maintaining enterprise finance systems to ensure stability, performance, and scalability, particularly during peak reporting cycles. • Oversee day-to-day operations for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle FCC and PBC, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview. • Streamline financial processes by supporting system enhancements, resolving complex issues, and building reliable integrations that reduce manual effort and operational risk. • Partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions aligned with business requirements. • Contribute to finance technology implementations and transformation initiatives as a key project team member, supporting system deployments, upgrades, and process improvements. • Monitor, support, and administer Finance production systems with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion Financials and OIC integrations. • Build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including REST/SOAP API integrations, FBDI-based integrations, scheduled orchestration flows, and file-based processes. • Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide crisis management support when necessary. • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials components such as UI pages, flexfields, validation rules, workflow setups, and custom fields to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization of end-to-end financial workflows. • Provide functional and integration support for connected Finance applications, including Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, and Longview. • Assist with creation of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications

• Design and implement the enterprise data architecture. • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and integrated data platforms to support analytics, compliance, and business operations. • Define and implement the company’s data architecture, models, and pipelines. • Design integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems (Salesforce, CX platforms, etc.). • Establish standards for data quality, metadata, lineage, and classification. • Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to align on privacy, retention, and access control policies. • Lead the selection and implementation of data platforms. • Drive adoption of data best practices across teams and support data governance efforts. • Maintain data platforms and architecture performance. • Improve data models to support business growth and analytics.
