• Structure and manage data in customer relationship management systems • Complete quality assurance related to data standards and accuracy • Manage email and SMS campaign deployment across a range of initiatives • Administer HubSpot (forms, consent and subscription types, contacts and segmentation, workflows, automation, reporting dashboards) • Implement platform updates and enhancements without custom coding • Maintain data integrity, naming conventions and configuration standards • Participate in QA for new pages, forms, workflows and releases • Provide internal training, guides and documentation on platform features and standard tasks

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). • Monitor and manage the shared AP inbox. • Perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies. • Track and reconcile project-related expenses. • Maintain audit-ready documentation in SharePoint. • Support monthly client invoicing.

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of wellness initiatives supporting the Federal Indian Hospital Settlement • Ground wellness supports in Indigenous worldviews, cultural safety, and trauma-informed practices • Oversee the development and delivery of holistic wellness strategies that integrate Indigenous perspectives, healing-centered approaches, and culturally grounded practices into organizational culture and program delivery • Design and facilitate culturally grounded wellness initiatives, including workshops, sharing circles, and healing-centered supports • Provide guidance and support on complex wellness situations using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate wellness practices across programs and organizational operations • Build and maintain culturally safe environments that support employee wellbeing and address systemic barriers • Engage with employees to identify wellness needs and translate feedback into actionable supports and programming • Monitor and evaluate wellness initiatives using culturally appropriate and community-informed approaches • Work collaboratively with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen wellness programming • Support organizational learning through training, coaching, and wellness-focused leadership guidance

Castlemain ensures Claimants can access, understand, and respond to the Settlement, while providing support to complete and submit claims. This permanent full-time position is open to candidates who demonstrate a working proficiency in the Inuktitut language. About the Opportunity: - Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support to Class Members (virtually and in-person), including guidance on claim forms, resources, and the claims process. - Collaborate with Claims Helpers to ensure coordinated, effective support and address any service gaps. - Build and maintain relationships with communities, organizations, and local partners. - Assist Claimants with claim completion, status updates, appeals, and connections to mental health, legal, and cultural support. - Participate in ongoing training and learning to strengthen skills and deliver effective support throughout the Settlement Claims Process. About You: You experience working with Indigenous Peoples and communities (three years or more), developed through community, professional roles, or lived experience, as well as: - Strong knowledge and awareness of Indigenous culture, history, and the impacts of trauma.   - An in-depth understanding of colonial policies, discriminatory laws and the impacts of colonization on Indigenous peoples as well as governance structure of Indigenous communities.   - Ability to travel across Canada; up to 30% of the role, with individual trips of up to 7-10 days in duration.   - An intermediate understanding of technology and online platforms, or a strong aptitude for learning new tools quickly. - Ability to access your local airport and possible nearby work locations. - Access to a quiet workspace and internet.  - Bilingual proficiency in English and Inuktitut. Successful candidates will be required to complete both a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) as a condition of employment. Compensation: Starting annual compensation of $60,000-$65,000 (full-time equivalent) plus a rewarding benefits package. Candidates living in northern or remote communities may be eligible for a Northern Allowance. Eligibility and tier placement are based on Canada Revenue Agency zone designations. • Analyze trends and feedback across media, social channels, call centres, webinars, and community engagement, preparing insight summaries and recommending improvements to strengthen claimant communications and reduce barriers • Develop and adapt trauma-informed, culturally safe claimant-facing materials, including FAQs, fact sheets, web and social content, email templates, scripts, presentations, and event-specific communications aligned with approved messaging • Support issues management and community engagement efforts, advising leadership on on-the-ground insights, executing response strategies, planning communications for events and sessions, and applying a strong commitment to reconciliation and respect for Indigenous communities and equity-deserving groups

• Develop, coordinate and maintain bilingual content for class action settlements and related projects • Provide clear, trauma-informed, and culturally safe information that supports class members and communities • Support media and social media monitoring, analysis and reporting, identifying issues and opportunities, and recommending and implementing integrated content solutions • Collaborate across Castlemain projects to develop high-quality bilingual communication materials (content briefs, web content, Q&As, key messages, fact sheets, video scripts, etc.) • Support reputational and issues management efforts by developing strategies and tactics to address misinformation, respond to emerging issues, and strengthen campaign effectiveness • Monitor media, social platforms, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, trends, and opportunities • Deliver timely, high-quality work under tight deadlines, including crisis situations, while integrating culturally sensitive approaches that respect the traditions and values of First Nations communities
