• Own the full recruitment journey for corporate and settlement roles developing sourcing strategies to reach diverse candidates across Canada while ensuring every candidate has a meaningful and respectful hiring experience • Build connections with candidates through partner relationships, community networks, and targeted outreach. • Manage Castlemain's referral program by tracking referrals and ensuring referred candidates receive a timely and respectful experience throughout the process • Work hand in hand with hiring managers on role scoping, job descriptions, interview processes, and selection decisions, supporting them in evaluating candidates and providing guidance on compensation ranges to help them make well-informed hiring choices. • Stay closely connected throughout the process, keeping managers informed and regularly checking in to ensure recruitment efforts reflect their most pressing priorities • Bring a culturally safe and equitable lens to every stage of recruitment building relationships with Indigenous post-secondary institutions, community organizations, and partner networks to ensure job postings and selection processes are inclusive and welcoming • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function including recruitment policies, procedures, and tools including interview guides, reference checks, and offer letter processes • Coordinate background and reference checks in partnership with the People Team • Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates on candidate status

• Lead the development and evaluation of wellness strategies and programs that integrate Indigenous teachings, trauma-informed practices, and evidence-based approaches • Mentor wellness staff and advise organizational leadership on culturally responsive wellness policies • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve wellness, creative, and peer-connection activities rooted in Indigenous cultural practices • Provide one-on-one support and regular check-ins to Claims Helpers and team members • Support Elders in Sharing Circles and promote emotional, cultural, and mental wellness across project teams • Participate in wellness program development, review, and planning sessions

• Report to the Director, Workplace Health and Safety • Support the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and systems across the organization • Strengthen a positive safety culture • Coordinate health and safety initiatives • Help identify and address workplace hazards • Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on safe work practices, risk assessments, and travel safety • Contribute to training, onboarding, inspections, audits, and ongoing health and safety communications

• Support the management and reconciliation of company credit card transactions and other corporate travel-related accounts • Work directly with the Finance team to ensure travel expenses are appropriately categorized • Work with employees and external vendors to gather invoices and receipts • Review and approve expense reports through SAP Concur in alignment with applicable policies and budgetary considerations • Answer questions and support team members with travel expenses and SAP Concur as needed • Order supplies for traveling team members and track supply levels • Support development of travel itineraries based on travel arrangements booked by the Travel team • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required

• Structure and manage data in customer relationship management systems • Complete quality assurance related to data standards and accuracy • Manage email and SMS campaign deployment across a range of initiatives • Administer HubSpot (forms, consent and subscription types, contacts and segmentation, workflows, automation, reporting dashboards) • Implement platform updates and enhancements without custom coding • Maintain data integrity, naming conventions and configuration standards • Participate in QA for new pages, forms, workflows and releases • Provide internal training, guides and documentation on platform features and standard tasks

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). • Monitor and manage the shared AP inbox. • Perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies. • Track and reconcile project-related expenses. • Maintain audit-ready documentation in SharePoint. • Support monthly client invoicing.

• Manage employee relations matters • Provide trauma-informed coaching and support to leaders • Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement solutions • Serve as a trusted resource for employees • Develop and implement HR policies and provide employment law advice

• Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of wellness initiatives supporting the Federal Indian Hospital Settlement • Ground wellness supports in Indigenous worldviews, cultural safety, and trauma-informed practices • Oversee the development and delivery of holistic wellness strategies that integrate Indigenous perspectives, healing-centered approaches, and culturally grounded practices into organizational culture and program delivery • Design and facilitate culturally grounded wellness initiatives, including workshops, sharing circles, and healing-centered supports • Provide guidance and support on complex wellness situations using trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate wellness practices across programs and organizational operations • Build and maintain culturally safe environments that support employee wellbeing and address systemic barriers • Engage with employees to identify wellness needs and translate feedback into actionable supports and programming • Monitor and evaluate wellness initiatives using culturally appropriate and community-informed approaches • Work collaboratively with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen wellness programming • Support organizational learning through training, coaching, and wellness-focused leadership guidance

Castlemain ensures Claimants can access, understand, and respond to the Settlement, while providing support to complete and submit claims. This permanent full-time position is open to candidates who demonstrate a working proficiency in the Inuktitut language. About the Opportunity: - Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support to Class Members (virtually and in-person), including guidance on claim forms, resources, and the claims process. - Collaborate with Claims Helpers to ensure coordinated, effective support and address any service gaps. - Build and maintain relationships with communities, organizations, and local partners. - Assist Claimants with claim completion, status updates, appeals, and connections to mental health, legal, and cultural support. - Participate in ongoing training and learning to strengthen skills and deliver effective support throughout the Settlement Claims Process. About You: You experience working with Indigenous Peoples and communities (three years or more), developed through community, professional roles, or lived experience, as well as: - Strong knowledge and awareness of Indigenous culture, history, and the impacts of trauma.   - An in-depth understanding of colonial policies, discriminatory laws and the impacts of colonization on Indigenous peoples as well as governance structure of Indigenous communities.   - Ability to travel across Canada; up to 30% of the role, with individual trips of up to 7-10 days in duration.   - An intermediate understanding of technology and online platforms, or a strong aptitude for learning new tools quickly. - Ability to access your local airport and possible nearby work locations. - Access to a quiet workspace and internet.  - Bilingual proficiency in English and Inuktitut. Successful candidates will be required to complete both a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) as a condition of employment. Compensation: Starting annual compensation of $60,000-$65,000 (full-time equivalent) plus a rewarding benefits package. Candidates living in northern or remote communities may be eligible for a Northern Allowance. Eligibility and tier placement are based on Canada Revenue Agency zone designations.
