Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused B2B Sales & Website Training Specialist to support business clients in effectively using our platform to identify, source, and purchase products that meet their operational needs. This role combines customer onboarding, website training, product education, and consultative sales support. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable conducting virtual training sessions, explaining digital tools in a simple and engaging way, and helping customers maximize their use of the platform. This is not a hard-selling role. The focus is on customer enablement, website adoption, product education, and long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities - Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new B2B customers - Demonstrate website navigation, product search, ordering, and platform features - Guide customers on how to efficiently use the platform independently - Customize training sessions based on customer needs and technical proficiency - Assist customers with website-related concerns and troubleshooting - Improve customer adoption and engagement with the platform - Gather client feedback and recommend usability improvements - Contribute to FAQs, training guides, and support documentation - Support customer retention and ongoing engagement initiatives - Introduce and educate clients about Empura products and platform offerings - Identify opportunities to improve customer purchasing efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, onboarding, training, or related client-facing roles - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience conducting virtual training sessions or product demonstrations - Comfortable using digital tools, e-commerce platforms, or website-based systems - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, organized, and proactive Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, or SaaS environments - Background in customer onboarding, product education, or sales enablement - Familiarity with website navigation, UX concepts, and product search tools What Success Looks Like - Increased customer adoption and website usage - Positive client feedback and onboarding experience - Reduced support requests after training - Strong client retention and engagement - Improved customer purchasing efficiency If you enjoy helping customers succeed, simplifying digital tools, and creating a great onboarding experience, we’d love to hear from you.
