• Your day-to-day will be... • Provide full administrative support to the sales team, from formalizing opportunities to the full completion of the commercial process (including contracts, registrations, documentation, and coordination with the Legal team), ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and allowing the sales team to focus on revenue generation. • Request, monitor, and control new contracts and contract amendments; • Analyze corporate status for new contracts (CNPJ, credit checks such as SERASA, etc.); • Send and follow up on digital signatures until they are fully executed and archived; • Serve as the interface between Sales and Legal, acting as the focal point to clarify contractual clauses and schedule meetings with clients when necessary; • Assist with customer onboarding/registration processes; • Follow through until the sale is fully completed, including updating the product base as needed (for example, adding licenses or removing products when applicable);

• Lead the continued development and maturation of the Cyber Threat Intelligence function • Maintain personal technical proficiency in threat analysis, attribution, and intelligence tradecraft • Direct the threat actor tracking and attribution program • Lead the cyber threat intelligence components of brand and executive protection • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners across Cybersecurity • Strengthen Lilly's role in intelligence sharing communities • Lead a team of cyber threat intelligence analysts • Direct the evaluation, introduction, and integration of capabilities supporting the CTI mission • Provide intelligence-driven support to incident response investigations • Develop training and awareness programs that improve the organization's understanding of threats

• Manage and provide support for the company's infrastructure with a focus on WebLogic servers; • Prepare operational procedures documentation; • Produce metrics and reports on processes; • Provide support for database administration and cloud infrastructure; • Create and maintain users and groups to grant access privileges; • Deploy information security systems and tools; • Administer network architecture; • Propose process optimization projects that lead to improvements in corporate services.

• Architect and execute comprehensive test plans to validate that member benefits, provider contract terms, and general edits—including LCD, NCD, and NCCI coding edits—are configured accurately within our systems. • Develop and execute complex, scenario-based testing models that simulate real-world medical encounters to ensure configuration holds up under various coding conditions and modifier applications. • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to provide detailed "failed-test" analysis and comprehensive impact assessments, documenting the financial and operational risk where configuration logic diverged from intended outcomes. • Manage the technical validation lifecycle across testing and UAT environments to ensure "zero-defect" deployments into the live production environment. • Simulate scenarios in a test environment to confirm the root cause of payment variances and validate that proposed configuration fixes work as intended. • Support the evolution of our testing frameworks by utilizing LLMs to create test scenarios, summarize configuration requirements, and identify edge cases in complex reimbursement logic. • Work closely with the core Configuration, Payment Integrity, and internal stakeholders to move logic from testing to production with high confidence. • Maintain detailed records of test results, training materials, and configuration procedures to ensure transparency and compliance with CMS regulations.
