Service Technician, Field Service, Commercial Service
Carrier
• On-site maintenance, repair and commissioning of heat pumps and oil- and gas-fired heating systems • Service-oriented consultation of our customers from heating companies, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended radius of your area of operation
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., installer for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology
- Possession of Refrigeration Certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 certification is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and strong technical aptitude
