Territory Sales Manager
Dexcom
• Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. • Works to achieve individual sales targets within a geographic area by developing new customers and/or expanding existing accounts. • Responsible for building, developing, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers. • Develops and implements market development plans and strategies, establishes education of the company's products and services, and supports the business in its activities. • Arrange a demonstration of products, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and customer opportunities. • Actively looking for initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize the growth in product penetration. • Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units. • Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of diabetes or equivalent experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success.
- Proven track record of success within the healthcare environment.
- Sound experience of analyzing data.
- Understanding of CRM system.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic.
