Field Sales Development Representative

Vendelux

• Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other in-person functions to identify and engage potential leads. • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities that align with our solutions. • Capture, track, and manage leads using Hubspot • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff. • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging, and follow-up. • Provide feedback from events to improve targeting, messaging, and event ROI. • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven success in in-person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face-to-face environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or 5+ years of experience in the radiation oncology medical device industry. - Three+ years of sales experience in medical devices, or 5+ years outside sales experience in other industries. - Experience in the medical field may be used as a substitute for sales experience requirements, as long as there is at least one year of sales experience, and the total experience between the medical field and sales is 5+ years. - Exceptional computer skills and interpersonal communication skills via phone. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle interactions positively and credibly. - A past positive and productive work history. Requirements - Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. - Occasionally required to stand and walk. - Specific vision abilities required include close vision. - Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to travel via company vehicle and plane on a regular basis.
