Role Description This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting front-end development for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with a strategic client partner, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you’ll build and maintain responsive, performant web applications within a cross-functional Scrum team—turning design vision into polished, accessible interfaces that serve real users at scale. • Independently understand client’s quality standards, cGMP’s and regulatory standards to support team in compliance of validation effort. • Design validation plans. • Conduct independent verification of testing against specifications. • Conduct and document impact and risk assessments with a full understanding of equipment/system/ software operation and ability to assess direct, indirect, and no impact systems and functions within complex processes. • Complete user interface testing, software verification, and complete alarm testing on automated systems. • Develop, review, and execute testing documentation. • Make recommendations for design or process modification based on test results when executing test scripts. • Work collaboratively with clients’ quality representative to complete deviation investigation and resolution for problems and issues encountered during execution activities. Includes ability to complete root cause analysis. • Support clients change management program – including author proposed changes, execute impact assessments/ regression analysis and support client documentation of change results and release. • Maintain (and ensure the team maintains) clear, detailed records of qualification and validation, and change control activities for future compliance audits.

Role Description We are continuously looking for experienced QA Engineering professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey. What you will do - Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently. - Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments. - Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages. - Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills. - Share your professional insights and best practices to support the learning community. - Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards. - Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations. - Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions. Qualifications - 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage). - Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python. - Knowledge of how to work with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman. - Familiarity with the theory of testing and test design and have basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture. - Familiar with basics of SQL. - Proficiency in English. - Readiness to dedicate 40 hours a week to your students. • Mentor and train junior level Industrial Engineers • Work with clients to understand business requirements, budgets and staffing needs • May lead the implementation of analytics applications like SlotDC, Control Tower, etc., by working with Data Science and BI (Business Intelligence), IT, and Operations teams • Work with Data Science and BI and Marketing teams to develop required marketing collateral • Train Operations teams on using different BI and Analytics applications/models • Build reporting as a storytelling tool – allowing stakeholders to digest insights quickly and to drive action • Lead LMS (Labor Management System) integration efforts with WCS (Warehouse Control System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) • Develop best practices and cost reduction activities • Partner closely with Customers and Kenco Operations to achieve project results • Track value (Value Creation Index, or VCI) created from all assigned projects • Ensure Work Measurement systems are developed, implemented and effective • Ensure warehouse flow, conduct zoning and slotting assessments, profile analysis etc. • Continuous Improvement of the Kenco O/S (Operating System) • Conduct process observations and time-motion studies, line balancing, one-piece flow simulation analysis, zoning/slotting, profile analysis, takt time methods, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process mapping, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Process Capability and performance (Cp/Cpk), exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, process improvement methods, waste analysis (Value Added vs Non-Value Added activities, VA-NVA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Charting, and Control Planning • Gain input from customers to define project priority, set goals and objectives and obtain feedback on performance • Align the organization around lean principles and drive establishment of lean systems in all areas through use of Hoshin planning activities • Ensure that the correct tools be utilized to solve the most important problems affecting our customer’s satisfaction, quality, cost, and delivery. • Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to reduce waste and variation within the operation • Understand Solutions design, Financial model, and Contract Pricing • Write business requirement documents and support Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
