Role Description We are continuously looking for experienced QA Engineering professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey. What you will do - Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently. - Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments. - Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages. - Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills. - Share your professional insights and best practices to support the learning community. - Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards. - Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations. - Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions. Qualifications - 3+ years of work experience in QA (automation, mobile experience is an advantage). - Experience in automation of testing: Selenium + Python. - Knowledge of how to work with the command line, browser DevTools, Charles/Fiddler sniffers, API testing tools: SoapUI, Postman. - Familiarity with the theory of testing and test design and have basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, system architecture. - Familiar with basics of SQL. - Proficiency in English. - Readiness to dedicate 40 hours a week to your students. • Mentor and train junior level Industrial Engineers • Work with clients to understand business requirements, budgets and staffing needs • May lead the implementation of analytics applications like SlotDC, Control Tower, etc., by working with Data Science and BI (Business Intelligence), IT, and Operations teams • Work with Data Science and BI and Marketing teams to develop required marketing collateral • Train Operations teams on using different BI and Analytics applications/models • Build reporting as a storytelling tool – allowing stakeholders to digest insights quickly and to drive action • Lead LMS (Labor Management System) integration efforts with WCS (Warehouse Control System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) • Develop best practices and cost reduction activities • Partner closely with Customers and Kenco Operations to achieve project results • Track value (Value Creation Index, or VCI) created from all assigned projects • Ensure Work Measurement systems are developed, implemented and effective • Ensure warehouse flow, conduct zoning and slotting assessments, profile analysis etc. • Continuous Improvement of the Kenco O/S (Operating System) • Conduct process observations and time-motion studies, line balancing, one-piece flow simulation analysis, zoning/slotting, profile analysis, takt time methods, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process mapping, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Process Capability and performance (Cp/Cpk), exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, process improvement methods, waste analysis (Value Added vs Non-Value Added activities, VA-NVA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Charting, and Control Planning • Gain input from customers to define project priority, set goals and objectives and obtain feedback on performance • Align the organization around lean principles and drive establishment of lean systems in all areas through use of Hoshin planning activities • Ensure that the correct tools be utilized to solve the most important problems affecting our customer’s satisfaction, quality, cost, and delivery. • Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to reduce waste and variation within the operation • Understand Solutions design, Financial model, and Contract Pricing • Write business requirement documents and support Requests for Proposal (RFPs)

• Design and develop backend systems that coordinate complex DeFi interactions, including trade routing, transaction simulation, and analytics. • Write, audit, and maintain robust, gas-efficient smart contracts in Solidity. • Collaborate with frontend and protocol teams to ensure seamless integration across the Odos stack. • Conduct performance profiling, optimize for gas costs and execution time. • Stay up to date with the latest DeFi protocols, standards, and smart contract best practices. • Lead and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. • Contribute to cross-chain infrastructure and help expand Odos to new blockchains. • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external use.

• Design and Implement Distributed Services in Rust: Build and optimize high-performance backend services deployed on AWS/Kubernetes that interface directly with the Solana blockchain and Odos’ aggregation engine. • Work with Solana Programs via Anchor: Design, test, and deploy on-chain programs using the Anchor framework. • Interface with Yellowstone Geyser: Build systems that consume and process Solana ledger data through Yellowstone Geyser plugins, enabling real-time event and state tracking. • Develop Low-Latency Data Pipelines: Capture and process Solana transaction and account data in real time, with Redis as the primary datastore. • Advance Aggregator Features: Contribute to core routing, liquidity discovery, and execution logic that powers Odos’ Solana DEX Aggregator. • Contribute to Infrastructure: Participate in system design, observability, and CI/CD workflows within a Kubernetes + AWS environment.
