Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity, supporting a global organisation at scale
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional situations with confidence and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to drive talent strategy — including performance management, succession planning, and career development
  • Strong commercial acumen — you understand the business, not just the people function
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
