• Serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, enabling them to effectively position, demo, and deliver Netomi solutions • Develop and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to drive technical readiness and adoption • Act as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deployment • Lead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO • Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environments • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates • Ensure a smooth technical hand-off to CS and Delivery teams • Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to business outcomes • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices for performance, security, and scalability • Build and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks) • Enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over time • Standardize best practices to scale partner-led technical delivery • Represent Netomi in partner and customer engagements as a technical expert • Contribute to technical content, demos, and best practices that elevate Netomi’s position in enterprise AI conversations • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer insights

• Drive revenue growth through opportunity creation, pipeline management, and execution of LineDrive’s strategic selling principles • Build and maintain strong partnerships across manufacturers, distributors, and end users to achieve regional and National End User growth objectives • Conduct a minimum of 10 end user sales visits and create a minimum of 10 opportunities weekly • Perform and report product demos, assessments, and close opportunity follow-up • Conduct business reviews with distributor management to assess team engagement, pipeline and closed review, new manufacturers and quarterly performance/planning • Maintain identified allocated sales growth of open pipeline TOP opportunities & close TOP opportunities in SFDC • Hold regular strategy sessions with aligned manufacturers to discuss pipeline, top distributor and end-user engagement, POS numbers, and future planning targets • Analyze territory coverage from previous quarters to inform future planning and time allocation • Use Power BI and POS data to uncover distributor or manufacturer performance trends • Partner with aligned Safety Specialists to create coordinated territory strategies and discuss pipeline, sales team engagement, opportunities for training, and end user targeting.

• Sit inside delivery teams for the duration of engagements, not alongside them • Attend design and development sessions, review technical decisions as they are being made • Continuously assess whether what is being built conforms to Accelerant's architecture principles • Propose better paths and help the team take them where documented patterns do not exist • Make sound technical decisions quickly with available information • Assess capabilities built by business users and create a clear path to production • Design and validate integration patterns between enterprise systems and data platforms • Collaborate with the Data Office to ensure data products are accurate and accessible • Document technical decisions and ensure architectural decision records exist and are accessible

• Define and influence IT solution strategies that align with Medavie’s long-term business goals. • Act as Infrastructure Applications Management Process Owner, developing and maintaining architecture designs, runbooks, policies, processes, procedures, and support documentation. • Design, plan, and implement new infrastructure technologies and major system enhancements. • Lead or contribute to complex solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps and system lifecycle milestones. • Collaborate with business units, IT architects, application teams, vendor management, and operations. • Evaluate and manage release, deployment, and lifecycle management practices. • Analyze availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability of services and systems. • Present recommendations on new and emerging technologies to senior leadership, clearly articulating business value. • Promote standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Mentor and coach team members, acting as a technical role model and knowledge leader. • Maintain architectural alignment with day-to-day operations by performing limited operational support and participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
