Partner Solutions Architect
Netomi
• Serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, enabling them to effectively position, demo, and deliver Netomi solutions • Develop and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to drive technical readiness and adoption • Act as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deployment • Lead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO • Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environments • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates • Ensure a smooth technical hand-off to CS and Delivery teams • Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to business outcomes • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices for performance, security, and scalability • Build and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks) • Enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over time • Standardize best practices to scale partner-led technical delivery • Represent Netomi in partner and customer engagements as a technical expert • Contribute to technical content, demos, and best practices that elevate Netomi’s position in enterprise AI conversations • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer insights
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles
- Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building real-world solutions/POCs
- Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environments
- Highly skilled at creating repeatable technical assets for partners, and understands how to smoothly hand-off to Customer Success and other delivery teams
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Experience working with partners and SIs in co-sell motions
- Strong understanding of:
- AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred)
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Scalable system design and integrations
