Contour Education
• Coordinating the planning, creation, review, publishing, and printing of academic resources. • Working closely with Heads of Subjects, Resource Developers, Academic Operations, and Publishing teams. • Ensuring resources move through each stage clearly, accurately, and on time. • Maintaining visibility and operational structure behind academic resources. • Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve workflows and processes.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or another execution-focused role.
- Strong ability to manage multi-step workflows, timelines, and parallel projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets (non-negotiable).
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Experience building trackers, dashboards, and structured reporting systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ownership.
- Ability to identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks early and follow through until resolution.
- Clear and structured communication skills with a proactive approach to coordination.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments where priorities may shift.
