Role Description We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU, the USA, and Scandinavia regions. We are looking for a driven individual, autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization. This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make. - Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. - Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. - Craft and send recruiting emails. - Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search). - Develop talent pipelines. - Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks. - Promote our employer brand online and offline. - Maintain candidate databases. - Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels. - Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process. - Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes. Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience. - Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.). - Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. - Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company. - High attention to details. - Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - B2+ English. - Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
