Technical Sourcer – Commission-based

• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks; Craft and send recruiting emails; • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search); • Develop talent pipelines; • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks; • Promote our employer brand online and offline; • Maintain candidate databases; • Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels; • Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process; • Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization; • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).
- Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- B2+ English.
- Available to work at least 4 hours per day.

Role Description This is a remote position. Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience handling a variety of technical roles across different industries and technologies.
