• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for master data and governance processes. • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules. • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project leadership. • Support solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives and governance standards. • Participate in interface and integration design discussions, including integration requirements, data mappings, and dependencies. • Support SAP MDG configuration, including change requests, workflow logic, validation rules, and governance controls. • Support CVI and Business Partner implementation and related backend rules. • Set up and maintain DRF, ALE/IDocs, and SOA services for data replication to connected SAP and non-SAP systems. • Extend data models, create custom entities, and define attributes in the MDG framework. • Write custom ABAP logic and implement BADIs for validation, derivation, replication, and UI enhancements. • Customize FPM and SAP Fiori screens to improve the user experience. • Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and issue resolution. • Assist with training materials, documentation, and end-user support content. • Help define governance processes, approval workflows, and business controls. • Track action items, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Review incoming candidate profiles and determine whether they fit the type of professionals typically required for NATO projects. • Conduct structured conversations with candidates to understand: • Citizenship and eligibility requirements • Security clearance potential • Professional background • Preferred locations • Salary and rate expectations • Availability and mobility • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation. • Guide candidates through the initial stages of security clearance preparation and submission processes. • Build and continuously expand our pool of prequalified professionals who may become eligible for future NATO opportunities. • Monitor newly released opportunities across multiple NATO related programs and frameworks. • Use AI tools and internal databases to identify potential candidate matches. • Review AI generated recommendations and validate candidate suitability. • Contact potentially relevant candidates and present matching opportunities. • Collect candidate interest and availability information. • Transfer interested candidates to the recruitment team for full qualification and submission.
• Develop and maintain Java-based software components • Implement new functionality and enhancements across the NIRIS platform • Upgrade and modernize Java modules to supported LTS versions • Develop and maintain REST integrations and data exchange interfaces • Support interoperability with external systems and NATO standards • Improve logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities • Contribute to unit testing and automated testing activities • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions • Produce technical documentation and implementation artefacts
• Build and configure a COMS mock-up environment within the NATO Software Factory • Recreate Jira and Confluence workflows, processes, plugins, and integrations • Implement automation and synchronization mechanisms between environments • Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements • Produce technical documentation suitable for third-party vendors • Create demonstration materials and technical walkthroughs • Support live demonstrations and stakeholder presentations • Collaborate with NATO and NCIA subject matter experts
• Design and refine security profiles for NATO communication standards • Analyze compliance with NATO Data Centric Security (DCS) requirements • Develop proof-of-concept implementations and concept demonstrators • Support interoperability and validation exercises • Design and execute security validation testing • Produce technical specifications and standards documentation • Develop and maintain software components supporting secure information exchange • Contribute to SCRUM-based development teams • Support knowledge transfer and technical handover activities
• Support the development of Next Generation Network (NGN) architectures • Evaluate current and emerging 5G and 6G technologies for military applications • Develop technical studies, white papers, and architecture artefacts • Analyse secure communications concepts and network architectures • Conduct readiness assessments and technology maturity evaluations • Review Network Management and Cyber Defence concepts • Present findings and recommendations to NATO stakeholders • Contribute to future communication strategies and capability development
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test scenarios • Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and release testing • Develop and maintain automated test suites • Verify REST APIs, messaging interfaces, and interoperability scenarios • Analyze defects and support root cause investigations • Create test plans, execution reports, and release verification documentation • Support CI/CD testing activities • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning • Contribute to software quality improvements and testing best practices • Support interoperability events and validation exercises
• Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments across NATO entities • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and assessment sessions with stakeholders • Coordinate annual cybersecurity scorecard activities • Analyze cybersecurity performance and maturity data • Develop cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks • Create analytical dashboards and visualizations using Power BI • Consolidate assessment findings and prepare executive-level reports • Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance methodologies • Present findings and recommendations to senior NATO stakeholders
