• Own and consistently exceed annual sales targets across by building and closing a strong pipeline of net-new multi-stakeholder banking prospects. • Develop and execute an integrated territory and account plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base, including proactive prospecting to build near- and long-term pipeline. • Build, deepen, and sustain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term customer success and retention. • Partner with customers to understand their needs and shape effective go-to-market strategies. • Communicate CSI’s value proposition through clear, executive-ready proposals and presentations. • Provide accurately, timely forecasting and performance reporting. • Collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Implementations to advance deals and support sales success. • Maintain accountability for understanding and communicating fintech and banking industry trends to strengthen competitive positioning and win in the open market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience in sales
  • 5 years of experience leading enterprise or complex sales cycles
  • Must have experience in software sales selling into the banking industry
  • Demonstrated success building a territory, pipeline, or book of business from the ground up
  • Preferred experience in the Fintech industry
  • Ability to set priorities, and execute with discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Collaborative and receptive to constructive feedback
  • Frequent travel is required
