Account Executive
Aria Care Partners
• responsible for business development and client retention. • Generates and develops new skilled nursing facility contracts to meet specified production goals. • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships. • Negotiates contracts and work agreements. • Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager. • Participates in important business/trade events that impact business unit. • Promotes company endorsed programs and services within assigned territory. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 Years previous applicable experience

- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Preferred skills - experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Carry and close a pipeline of enterprise, scale-up, and high-growth startup accounts • Own deals from first contact through signed contract — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CTOs, ML leads, and infrastructure decision-makers • Work with the CRO to develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and expansion playbooks • Partner with BDR and DevRel on pipeline generation and ecosystem-driven sourcing • Maintain CRM rigor and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting • Represent Featherless at industry events and conferences to generate and advance deals • Run full-cycle sales across mid-market and enterprise segments • Lead high-quality discovery and technical demo calls tailored to each buyer's stack and use case • Develop custom proposals and business cases that connect model inference needs to Featherless capabilities • Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Expand revenue within existing accounts — identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Use AI tools extensively to automate research, outreach personalization, and workflow efficiency • Maintain clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot — all activity logged, pipeline stages accurate • Collaborate with DevRel and Product on feedback loops from the field • Mentor BDRs and help define what great pipeline looks like
• Be the overarching relation with employee benefits brokers/agencies while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our PEO value proposition. • Establish new broker relationships in existing and new markets by effectively presenting our National PEO solutions. • Prospect, contact, develop relationships and market to new agents/brokers. • Work with agents/brokers to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity and expanded understanding of CRC Benefits' specialized services. • Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, Teams, etc.) for activity tracking and metrics. • Effectively market to agents/brokers, encouraging them to let CRC Benefits assist with their PEO business. • Provide “just in time” sales expertise to maximize results. • Develop strategies with targeted agencies to drive technology adoption to assure the elimination of manual processes.
