• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge across the entire HPE Networking portfolio, including Aruba and Juniper technologies such as wireless, switching, routing, SD-WAN, network security, ClearPass, Mist & Central cloud management, Apstra & data center networking, and automation. • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor. • Enable this national partner through technical training, workshops, and hands-on guidance to improve discovery, solution design, competitive positioning, and value prop articulation. • Support this national partner in identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing solution architectures, and demonstrating the business benefits of HPE networking technologies. • Assist in delivering compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations. • Teach how to design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with customer requirements and technical constraints. • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure technical accuracy and successful deal execution.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in networking infrastructure, engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Prior experience in a pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical account support capacity preferred
- Background in network design, deployment, services, or technical enablement strongly desired
- Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles
- Hands-on experience with wireless networking, switching, routing, firewalls, NAC, SD-WAN, data center networking, and cloud management platforms
- Ability to design and present end-to-end solutions
- Relevant vendor certifications (Aruba, Juniper, or similar)

• The Engineer will work with a field team of Project Management, Systems Engineers, System Technologists, Construction Managers, and Customer Service Managers, and will be responsible for leading technical aspects of the assigned project until system acceptance. • Design and implementation of the radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, mobile backhaul and WAN and CEN networks. • High level of customer and consultant interaction involving customer design reviews, customer witnessed staging and acceptance testing events, coverage acceptance testing, live system upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts. • System buildout, configuration and acceptance testing in both lab staging and field environments. • Live system cutovers and upgrades.
