• Maintain and develop Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation): configuration, updates, performance monitoring, and incident resolution. • Monitor system processes, analyze logs, identify and resolve data and runtime issues. • Ensure stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces across the billing ecosystem. • Manage backups, data recovery processes, and system availability and resilience. • Take technical ownership of the billing system after deployments and during ongoing operations. • Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with audit and security requirements. • Track the BSS roadmap, run Proofs of Concept, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including users, groups, roles, MFA, conditional access, and lifecycle workflows. • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations with third-party and internal applications. • Manage SCIM provisioning for automated user and group lifecycle management: Attribute mapping and transformation Group/role assignments Deprovisioning and access enforcement Support onboarding/offboarding processes with a strong emphasis on least privilege and auditability. • Provide operational support for Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. • Assist with administration of compute, storage, networking, and identity‑integrated services. • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and support incident resolution. • Perform routine maintenance, configuration changes, and service improvements. • Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM) for: Windows 10/11 devices Android devices macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices Deploy and maintain Configuration profiles and compliance policies Security baselines and encryption requirements Application deployment and update strategies Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy conflicts, and compliance issues. • Assist with maintaining compliance with: ISO 27001 ISO 43001 GDPR SOC 2 Type II Support audit preparation by providing evidence, access documentation, and procedural updates. • Follow and enforce security policies related to identity, devices, and cloud infrastructure. • Act as an escalation point for complex IAM, SSO, MDM, and cloud issues. • Participate in after‑hours or off‑hours support as needed for: System outages Identity or integration failures Planned maintenance or critical changes.

• Serve as the senior technical authority for space system architecture within the Special Programs organization, providing vision and direction for mission-driven system concepts • Lead end-to-end architecture definition for advanced space-based sensing systems, from mission concept formulation through preliminary design, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and operational requirements • Drive system-level trade space exploration across competing architectures, evaluating performance, cost, schedule, and risk to inform program decisions at the highest levels • Develop and own the overarching system architecture baseline, including CONOPs, system-level requirements, interface definitions, and key performance parameters (KPPs) • Provide authoritative technical guidance on RF system design, sensing system performance, and space segment architecture to program teams and leadership • Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers, fostering technical excellence, rigorous engineering discipline, and a culture of innovation • Represent the program at senior-level technical reviews, customer engagements, and government forums; serve as the primary technical voice for architecture decisions • Identify and resolve complex, cross-cutting technical challenges that span multiple subsystems and program boundaries • Collaborate with business development and capture teams to shape new program opportunities, contribute to proposals, and define technical approaches for future missions • Maintain awareness of the broader national security space landscape, emerging threats, and evolving customer needs to inform long-range architecture strategy • Partner with government customers and mission partners to translate high-level operational needs into technically sound and executable system architectures
