How You’ll Make a Difference Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity for a Sr. Digital Experience Developer. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams that include business analysts, product owners, designers, other developers, and leaders to discover required technical features translated from business functionality. You will be responsible for customer-facing applications (.com and mobile applications) as well as other web platforms. You will lead by example to ensure that the team writes clean, maintainable, secure, and documented code that adheres to our standards and best practices. You will need extensive knowledge of different mobile development approaches (native, hybrid and write-once-run-anywhere platforms). - Partner with Digital Product and business leaders on the roadmap of prioritized work. - Design solutions, both backend and frontend, to meet business needs. - Mentor and guide team of developers in the delivery of tech that meets business requirements. - Engage in hands-on development work for POCs (proof of concepts) or more difficult assignments. - Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
