Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI SaaS
Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. sp. k.
• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features and services using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies. • Integrate and orchestrate leading text, image, and video AI models into production workflows for creative teams. • Collaborate closely with product managers to translate customer problems and requirements into clear, testable solutions. • Own features end-to-end, including implementation, automated testing, QA/UAT, deployment, and monitoring. • Proactively identify, scope, and ship high-impact experiments that drive customer value and business outcomes. • Maintain a high standard of code quality, reliability, and performance in a fast-paced, iterative environment. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, improving system resilience and observability over time. • Mentor and support other engineers by sharing best practices, patterns, and tooling that increase team velocity. • Contribute to improving the SDLC/PDLC processes, including code review, release practices, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, operations) to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer, including shipping production web applications.
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a front-end framework (ideally React) plus experience with Node.js on the backend.
- Experience with AI tools to increase productivity, enhance code quality and automate tasks
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with databases (e.g., MongoDB or similar NoSQL/SQL datastores).
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: from scoping and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and common DevOps practices for deploying and maintaining services.
- Proven track record of delivering quickly in a fast-paced environment and iterating based on user feedback and metrics.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Growth mindset with a focus on mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuously improving team velocity and quality.
- Nice to Have: Experience with image, video, or generative AI model APIs in real products.
- Background in the film, video, or advertising industry, or familiarity with professional creative workflows.
- Experience with prompt chaining or orchestrating multiple AI services into cohesive user workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding small teams, projects, or technical domains.
- Familiarity with design systems or strong product/design sensibilities.
Benefits
- B2B contract
- Fully Remote Role
- Work on an AI-first product focused on real professional use cases, not consumer gimmicks.
- Direct impact on how creative teams plan and produce video content end-to-end.
- High-ownership IC role where you ship fast, experiment often, and see your work in production quickly.
- Opportunity to build zero-to-one features and help define product direction, not just maintain legacy systems.
- Modern tech stack (React, Node.js, cloud-native, modern AI model APIs) with room to influence architecture.
- Strong engineering culture that values velocity, quality, and continuous improvement in SDLC/PDLC.
- Mentorship and growth opportunities, including the chance to uplevel team practices and lead initiatives.
- Close collaboration with product and creative stakeholders, giving you direct exposure to user needs and feedback.

Role Description We're seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to join a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company building out their outbound and revenue operations function. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and technical execution: - Architect lead enrichment workflows - Design account scoring models - Build signal-based outbound plays - Operationalise the full GTM stack to drive qualified pipeline into the sales team Clay is the core of this role. You'll be expected to: - Design and ship complex Clay tables that combine multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhook integrations - Surface accounts and contacts that match tightly defined ICPs - Connect Clay outputs into the broader stack (sequencers, CRM, Slack, and BI tools) This isn't a list-builder role. You're expected to think like a GTM strategist: - Understand the buying committee in enterprise SaaS deals - Map account hierarchies - Identify trigger events that signal buying intent - Translate that thinking into automated workflows that produce measurable pipeline What success looks like: - By the end of month one, audit the existing GTM stack and identify the highest-leverage workflows to rebuild or ship - Have at least two signal-based plays running in production - By month three, own the inbound and outbound data layer end-to-end - SDR and AE teams trust your enrichment, scoring, and routing logic to drive their daily activity This role suits operators who get excited about combining GTM thinking with technical craft, want real ownership over revenue infrastructure, and want a seat where their work directly moves pipeline numbers. Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written English with strong, proactive communication skills - 3-5 years hands-on experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering role - Expert-level proficiency in Clay, including complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment strategies - Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling - Proven track record building outbound or lead enrichment systems that drove measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense or Bombora, Slack - Comfortable writing API calls, working with webhooks, and reading basic JSON and JavaScript to extend Clay's native capabilities - Strong diagnostic thinking: ability to look at a leaking funnel and identify whether the issue is data quality, targeting, messaging, or routing logic - Understanding of how enrichment and scoring connect to downstream sales activity and pipeline conversion - Confident presenting your work and reasoning to senior commercial stakeholders - Ability to self-manage documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates without heavy oversight - Availability for full-time hours Monday to Friday with Sydney business hour overlap - Responsiveness on Slack within working hours and active participation in daily standups and weekly GTM reviews - Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset Compensation - $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated output quality - Rate reviewed at 90 days based on workflow quality, pipeline impact, stakeholder feedback, and ownership of the GTM data layer - Top of band ($3,000) reserved for senior operators with deep Clay expertise, strong enterprise SaaS GTM understanding, and the ability to operate as a true technical partner to the revenue team What's on Offer? - Direct engagement with an established enterprise SaaS company with a strong product and growing commercial team - Craft-focused role with real ownership of GTM infrastructure, not a list-building seat - Clear progression path as the GTM Engineering function scales - Stable full-time income with predictable hours - Access to other job opportunities through the Reef network
