Role Description The Education Program Manager – Patient Financial Access & Front-End Revenue Cycle is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive training programs while supporting informatics-driven workflow alignment across patient access and front-end revenue cycle operations at Deaconess Health System. This role ensures that scheduling, referral intake, registration, prior authorization, and financial counseling teams are fully trained, workflow-ready, and system-proficient to support efficient patient onboarding and revenue integrity from first contact through treatment initiation. The position serves as a key bridge between revenue cycle operations, clinical and administrative leadership, Epic informatics teams, and education functions, translating complex workflows into standardized system design, training programs, and adoption strategies.
