Government Services Program Manager

• The program manager will be the primary point of contact for government Contracting Officers (KOs) and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and growing the contract. • Oversee the management and execution of large federal projects • Communicate regularly with the KO and COR • Ensure customer satisfaction, demonstrated via CPARS • Ensure 100% compliance with contract deliverables • Coordinate the operational execution of the contract work • Serve as the singular customer POC for all project issues • Ensure project schedules and execution meet customer expectations • Work with internal support teams to manage invoices, accounts receivable, and payments • Work with the quality and compliance teams to ensure project exceeds customer and Agiliti standards • Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and perform internal audits to validate compliance

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or above
  • Previous project management and/or program management experience with the federal government (preferably within a health care setting) or a Project Management Professional certification
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must successfully pass a government background screening
