Job Description

Diagnostic Success Partner

Mars

• Responsible for growing Antech’s customer utilization of the full portfolio (AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables, and innovative reference lab products). • Provides excellent support to Antech’s current customers and will be aligned with an assigned region. • Identifies hospitals ready to grow with Antech and determines the right tactics to realize growth among these clients. • Works in tight partnership with the Diagnostic Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to ensure collaboration on growth initiatives and customer concerns. • Monitors customer retention list on a monthly basis and territory growth goals to identify opportunities for growth or areas of attrition risk. • Informs customers about Antech’s innovation efforts and new products and programs to grow customer utilization of products. • Demonstrates proficiency in the entire Antech product and service portfolio. • Conducts research prior to site visits to obtain information and insight to anticipate issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field) or on-the-job experience in sales in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
  • 2+ years previous sales or customer service experience in a professional service industry (preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, etc.) is required.
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic services is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, and synthesize them into an actionable plan using assigned CRM.
