Job Description
Affiliate Marketing Manager
Eneba
• Own and shape the long-term affiliate marketing strategy for Eneba, aligning it with broader business goals, growth plans, and market opportunities. • Lead strategic planning for the affiliate channel: setting direction, priorities, success metrics, and clear execution frameworks for the team. • Continuously identify new growth opportunities, partnership models, and ways to scale affiliate marketing beyond standard approaches. • Build, manage, and develop a strong team of Affiliate Marketing Specialists: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and growing talent from junior to senior levels. • Run regular, high-quality 1:1s focused on performance, mindset, ownership, and long-term development rather than short-term tasks. • Foster a culture of experimentation, non-standard ways of working, and learning, empowering the team to take smart risks and think beyond affiliates as a channel. • Act as the main decision-maker for affiliate-related initiatives, balancing business impact, resources, and long-term sustainability. • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure affiliate strategy supports overall company growth and strategic priorities.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven growth roles within startup, gaming, or e-commerce environments.
- Proven people management experience, including leading Affiliate Marketing Specialists or similar roles: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong strategic and business thinking, with the ability to translate company-level goals into clear team direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Track record of making and owning decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments typical to startups and scale-ups.
- Solid analytical mindset, using data and insights to evaluate performance, set direction, and challenge assumptions (hands-on execution experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing decisions across teams and seniority levels.
- Leadership approach grounded in ownership, accountability, and creating sustainable, high-performing teams through effective and sometimes non-standard ways of working.
Benefits
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
