Cloud Support Administrator
Atmosera
• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing. • A minimum of 3 years in Azure Cloud support experience • Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents following ITIL best practices. • Develop, maintain, and train on documentation for standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer-specific runbooks, including automation processes. • Delivering exceptional client service delivery throughout the service lifecycle • Configure monitoring and alerting on physical and virtual infrastructure. Manage and maintain physical and virtual components (including Atmosera’s management stack). Perform quality assurance checks on migrated and greenfield environments. • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks: (FedRAMP, IRS 1075, NIST-800, CSI Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2) and internal security best practices. • Manage and administer Windows & Linux Servers. Configure and administer hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware). • Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support to meet SLAs. • Implement automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in support administration, specifically with Azure Cloud
- Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.
- Network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing, policy-based routing).
- Backup & Recovery: Demonstrated ability to optimize Commvault performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware).
- ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to clients.
- Strong analytical mind with a focus on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ 104) - Must obtain within 90 days of employment or subject to termination
- Ability to pass US Public Trust background check.
