• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with Microsoft LATAM leadership. • Personally lead and close strategic enterprise opportunities, engaging directly with client CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and Board-level stakeholders. • Serve as Atmosera’s key regional spokesperson and thought leader across Latin America. • Build the LATAM Sales Engine and recruit, hire, and develop the LATAM commercial organization.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Atmosera's 24x7x365 SOC • Continuously improve the maturity, scalability, and consistency of security operations • Own operational delivery of Atmosera's MXDR services • Serve as the executive operational leader for client-facing security operations • Provide technical leadership across Microsoft's security ecosystem including: Defender XDR, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365Entra ID Protection, Purview, Security Copilot • Lead operational readiness for incident response • Align Security Operations with Atmosera's Strategic Security Program supporting frameworks including: NIST CSF, Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB), ISO 27--1, Mitre Attack • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing security professionals • Understand the financial drivers of managed security services • Establish and monitor operational KPIs including: SLA/SLO attainment, MTTD, MTTR, Analyst utilization, Automation adoption, Client satisfaction, Operational efficiency, Alert quality, Secure posture improvement, Service profitability

• Serve as a technical pre-sales leader within our Data practice • Lead client-facing discovery sessions • Assess current-state data architecture and maturity • Identify opportunities to modernize data estates • Architect end-to-end Azure data platform solutions • Define solution scope, delivery approach, and assumptions • Guide clients on data strategy and target-state architecture • Partner with Microsoft field teams as technical lead • Own the technical components of proposals • Lead workshops on data platform modernization

• Lead structured discovery sessions with executive stakeholders and technical SMEs. • Translate ambiguous client inputs into clear, actionable findings. • Identify, define, and document AI use cases across business functions. • Own the end‑to‑end architecture and design of complex AI solutions. • Design and help establish AI Centers of Excellence for clients. • Contribute to the development of repeatable consulting offers and delivery frameworks.

• Deploy or migrate client environments following the Cloud Adoption Framework, the Well-Architected Framework, and Atmosera’s internal implementation standards • Perform systems engineering across networking platforms, Azure IaaS and PaaS, Windows and Linux servers, hypervisors, storage, and SaaS solutions • Administer Azure SQL Database environments including provisioning, scaling, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management • Manage backup and recovery strategies, including failover groups, geo-replication, point-in-time restore, and long-term retention policies • Perform query and index optimization, manage workloads using Query Store, and implement performance tuning recommendations • Secure Azure SQL environments using RBAC, Private Link, Azure Key Vault, and firewall configurations • Integrate DevOps principles using ARM templates and Bicep for infrastructure and database automation • Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, operating procedures, and governance models • Collaborate with internal departments to improve delivery processes and ensure customer success • Adhere to compliance requirements including but not limited to PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, IRS 1075, SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type II, and FedRAMP Medium

• Deliver day-to-day Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services • Focus on operational execution, coordination, and reporting across compliance, security assurance, and governance activities • Responsible for client audits, evidence gathering, managing compliance tools, supporting security questionnaires • Monitor security controls and facilitate regulatory alignment • Oversee ongoing governance activities throughout the Atmosera client portfolio • Operate within defined service hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PT)

• Implement and manage Azure infrastructure using core Azure services (compute, storage, networking, identity). • Support Azure resource deployment following established architecture standards and best practices. • Assist with environment builds across development, test, and production subscriptions. • Monitor Azure resources and assist with troubleshooting performance, availability, and configuration issues. • Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Terraform under guidance from senior engineers. • Deploy Azure resources via CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows. • Participate in code reviews to ensure IaC follows organizational standards and Azure best practices. • Support Azure networking implementations, including: • Virtual Networks (VNets) • Subnets and IP addressing • Network Security Groups (NSGs) • User Defined Routes (UDRs) • Work closely with senior cloud engineers, DevOps, and security teams.

• Monitor security alerts and incidents in Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Defender for Cloud • Triage incoming alerts to determine severity, impact, and required response actions • Differentiate between false positives, benign activity, and actionable threats using established playbooks • Perform continuous monitoring of cloud, identity, endpoint, and network telemetry • Investigate suspicious activity across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender XDR, and integrated data sources • Correlate logs, events, and indicators to establish timelines and determine root cause • Escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents to senior analysts or incident response teams • Execute or recommend containment actions in accordance with defined procedures • Utilize Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Log Analytics to analyze security data • Correlate events across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud workloads • Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns indicative of malicious activity • Create and maintain detailed, audit-defensible investigation notes and case records • Document all triage decisions, escalation rationale, and response actions • Produce incident summaries and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients
