Role Description As a member of the Technology Services team, reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, this position will serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for Common App’s enterprise internal communication and knowledge management tools, with a primary focus on the Atlassian Cloud platform (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, and Confluence) and Google Workspace environment. The Digital Workplace Administrator will own the configuration, optimization, governance, and adoption of these enterprise-wide platforms, acting as an evangelist for digital workplace tools, a training resource for staff across the organization, and a certified expert who ensures these technologies drive productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence.
