• Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and others, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility. • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, responding to incident tickets and service requests from internal users. • Serve as subject matter experts for managed platforms within integration workflows, collaborating with integration teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve data flow issues. • Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides for applications, ensuring clear and accurate information is available for end users and stakeholders. • Perform data imports, exports, and data maintenance tasks, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems. • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper access control within all systems. • Support testing, upgrades, and deployments of application enhancements, working closely with other admins, developers, and external vendors. • Work with Service Managers, Devs, and other teams to understand business needs, propose solutions, and deliver application improvements that align with organizational goals. • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system errors, providing timely updates, and following up with relevant parties to resolve incidents effectively. • Approaches problem-solving with an architectural mindset, considering upstream/downstream impacts, integration dependencies, and long-term scalability rather than addressing issues in isolation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions, or Data Factory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
