• Build and run the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization. • Administer and integrate the full GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.), design end-to-end process workflows and data flows, and lead tooling decisions. • Build dashboards and establish the analytical foundation connecting marketing metrics through pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes. • Consult on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and segmentation to support rapid go-to-market expansion. • Design and execute onboarding, skill development, and certification programs, operationalizing sales methodology.

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and help uphold coding standards and best practices • Work closely with engineers on other teams and projects whose systems interact with this platform to coordinate changes and integrations. • Design, maintain, and evolve database schemas; write efficient, reliable queries; and ensure data integrity and performance. • Help identify and drive incremental improvements to the platform’s reliability, performance, and overall quality. • Keep an eye on platform health through metrics, logs, and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog), and assist in diagnosing and resolving issues. • Stay informed on health-tech developments such as interoperability standards, drug databases, and industry platforms, and apply best practices where relevant. • Engage with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements and deliver thoughtful, practical software solutions. • Follow established SDLC processes and compliance requirements throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-forward SaaS products that power professional video and film production workflows. You will work across the stack from modern React-based frontends to Node.js backends and cloud infrastructure, integrating leading text, image, and video models into real-world products used by creative teams. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and outcome-driven, with a focus on quickly delivering features that measurably improve customer and business metrics. The Salary for this role can go up to 460,000 PLN per year. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer, including shipping production web applications. - Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a front-end framework (ideally React) plus experience with Node.js on the backend. - Experience with AI tools to increase productivity, enhance code quality and automate tasks. - Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with databases (e.g., MongoDB or similar NoSQL/SQL datastores). - Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: from scoping and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and common DevOps practices for deploying and maintaining services. - Proven track record of delivering quickly in a fast-paced environment and iterating based on user feedback and metrics. - Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers. - Growth mindset with a focus on mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuously improving team velocity and quality.
