• Realizar atendimentos médicos individuais online pela plataforma da Conexa, com agenda flexível gerida por você. • Registrar evoluções clínicas no prontuário digital integrado (manter documentação clínica atualizada, garantindo a continuidade e qualidade do cuidado). • Assinar prescrições e documentos via certificado digital. • Colaborar com a rede multidisciplinar quando necessário. • Seguir as diretrizes e políticas da Conexa.

• Continuously monitor the data layer's performance — slow queries, locks, index usage, saturation and capacity — defining thresholds, alerts and action plans. • Conduct capacity planning analyses and propose evolution of the data architecture according to product growth. • Technically review queries and data models proposed by developers, acting as a consultative reference and guardian of standards. • Define and evolve company database standards: naming, versioning, integrity, modeling and scalability. • Ensure best practices are consistently adopted by engineering teams. • Manage the database change cycle across dev/staging/prod environments, implementing CI/CD flows appropriate for schema and data changes. • Assess migration risks, define maintenance windows and rollback strategies. • Define and operate backup, restore, replication and disaster recovery strategies, including periodic recovery testing. • Sustain availability SLOs and the data layer's RPO/RTO objectives. • Establish and review permission policies, access segregation and auditing. • Ensure adherence to applicable security and compliance requirements (LGPD — Brazilian General Data Protection Law — and the frameworks adopted by the company). • Develop and evolve internal tooling that improves developer experience (DX), observability, access management and the scalability of data operations. • Act as a technical bridge between product engineering, infrastructure and security.

• Act across Support N1, Implementation, N2 and N3 squads, providing technical solutions for escalated issues and unblocking deliveries that require engineering expertise. • Be part of the Incident Management team, participating in responses to critical incidents, leading investigations, mitigating impact and contributing to post-mortems and action plans. • Ensure high availability and high performance of the platform by identifying bottlenecks, proposing structural improvements and implementing hardening, observability and resilience measures. • Investigate and resolve complex problems with little initial context, proactively gathering necessary information (logs, metrics, code, stakeholders) to reach root cause. • Develop fixes, improvements and new features across different platform systems, predominantly backend, but also working on frontend when necessary to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Work in a stack-agnostic way, quickly adapting to the language, framework or technology required by each squad/context in which you operate. • Implement and evolve integrations between internal and external services (APIs, microservices, distributed systems), paying attention to contracts, idempotency and fault tolerance. • Write clean, testable and efficient code, following engineering best practices and area-defined standards, even when working on codebases that are not your usual ones. • Create and run automated and unit tests, especially for incident fixes, to prevent regressions and increase platform reliability. • Monitor application behavior in production (dashboards, alerts, tracing), anticipating problems before they impact the end customer. • Document flows, architectures, runbooks and incident learnings, strengthening support squads’ autonomy and knowledge sharing. • Participate in code reviews and ceremonies with the squads you are assigned to, contributing a proactive, solution-oriented attitude focused on unblocking the team.

• Conduct advanced data analyses to generate insights that guide business, product, and operational decisions. • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports, ensuring consistency and clarity in data visualization. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to map needs, translating requirements into data solutions. • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data sources, proposing improvements to processes and information flows. • Develop and apply analytical models to support forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity identification. • Support the evolution of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in analysis, data usage, and performance metrics. • Work collaboratively on strategic projects, contributing critical analyses and evidence-based recommendations. • Use generative AI agents and tools to accelerate query and analysis creation, optimize exploratory investigations, and automate repetitive analytical tasks.
