Role Description We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-forward SaaS products that power professional video and film production workflows. You will work across the stack from modern React-based frontends to Node.js backends and cloud infrastructure, integrating leading text, image, and video models into real-world products used by creative teams. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and outcome-driven, with a focus on quickly delivering features that measurably improve customer and business metrics. In this position, you’ll own your work end-to-end: - Collaborating with product managers on specs - Implementing and deploying features - Validating quality through your own testing and iteration This is a Fully Remote Role within Poland on a B2B contract. The Salary for this role can go up to 460,000 PLN per year. Your duties will include: - Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features and services using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies. - Integrate and orchestrate leading text, image, and video AI models into production workflows for creative teams. - Collaborate closely with product managers to translate customer problems and requirements into clear, testable solutions. - Own features end-to-end, including implementation, automated testing, QA/UAT, deployment, and monitoring. - Proactively identify, scope, and ship high-impact experiments that drive customer value and business outcomes. - Maintain a high standard of code quality, reliability, and performance in a fast-paced, iterative environment. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, improving system resilience and observability over time. - Mentor and support other engineers by sharing best practices, patterns, and tooling that increase team velocity. - Contribute to improving the SDLC/PDLC processes, including code review, release practices, and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, operations) to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer, including shipping production web applications. - Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a front-end framework (ideally React) plus experience with Node.js on the backend. - Experience with AI tools to increase productivity, enhance code quality and automate tasks. - Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with databases (e.g., MongoDB or similar NoSQL/SQL datastores). - Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: from scoping and implementation through testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and common DevOps practices for deploying and maintaining services. - Proven track record of delivering quickly in a fast-paced environment and iterating based on user feedback and metrics. - Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers. - Growth mindset with a focus on mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuously improving team velocity and quality. Requirements - Experience with image, video, or generative AI model APIs in real products. - Background in the film, video, or advertising industry, or familiarity with professional creative workflows. - Experience with prompt chaining or orchestrating multiple AI services into cohesive user workflows. - Demonstrated leadership in guiding small teams, projects, or technical domains. - Familiarity with design systems or strong product/design sensibilities. • Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team of AI and platform engineers. • Own the AI LaunchPad product and engineering roadmap — balancing immediate delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability. • Provide architectural oversight for agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, and MLOps infrastructure. • Partner with HCD product, data, compliance, security, and business unit leaders to align the AI LaunchPad roadmap with enterprise priorities. • Drive end-to-end delivery of platform features — from design to production — using Agile/SAFe practices. • Evaluate and manage relationships with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and AI vendors. • Ensure all AI systems built on the platform meet HIPAA, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications; • Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code; • Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications; • Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems; and • Maintaining code quality, organisation, and automatisation.

• Own the architecture of new features and integrations, driving technical design decisions and ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes. • Drive alignment across engineering teams on integration standards, architecture decisions, and best practices • Define and champion engineering standards and patterns for integration development across the organization • Take on full product roadmap items and deliver high quality results on time • Mentor and level up engineers across the team through code review, design feedback, and pair programming • Embrace AI-empowered development and be a leader on how to best and safely use AI throughout the SDLC • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Privacy teams to shape and influence roadmap priorities • Participate in a fast-paced environment • Adopt and evolve team practices, recommending and driving improvements as needed
