And take the lead on solutions to improve when needed. • Work closely with peer Engineering Managers and their teams to prioritize and balance platform investments with squad-specific feature needs. • Establish processes that improve the mobile design-to-development workflow, partnering closely with design and product to ensure seamless collaboration on shared UI patterns and components.
