As a fast growing Fintech in the LATAM region, we are looking for a QA Designer to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products as we continue to build the leading embedded lending infrastructure in LATAM. This role goes beyond traditional testing, you will design quality processes, define test strategies, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions with speed and confidence.** What You’ll Do - Design and execute test strategies across web platforms, APIs, and data flows - Own end-to-end quality assurance for new features, from requirements to release - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure quality is embedded early in the development lifecycle - Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and clear prioritization - Build and maintain test cases and test plans aligned with product requirements and business goals - Improve QA processes and frameworks to support scalability in a high-growth environment - Contribute to automation efforts to increase efficiency and coverage over time - Ensure product performance, reliability, and security standards are met
Job Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in QA, test design, or quality engineering roles
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Ability to translate product requirements into test scenarios and edge cases
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (nice to have)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or lending products
- Exposure to data validation and analytics workflows
- Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling environments

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications. • Collaborate in defining acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams. • Identify potential risks in design and propose mitigation strategies. • Participate in root cause analysis of failures, collaborating on resolutions. • Support bug prioritization and QA activity planning. • Develop quality reports and test metrics. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes within the team. • Test APIs using tools such as Postman or similar. • Familiarity with Linux command line. • Nice to have: Knowledge of Docker.
• Provide support, training and education to process servers that are underperforming based on key metrics • Create positive and engaging server experience for all underperforming process servers: • Communicate directly with process servers providing coaching and meaningful feedback • Field all questions from process servers and resolve blockers • Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe in which they need to adjust. • Set clear expectations for underperforming servers • Review assigned reports daily, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not attempting jobs timely. • Hold Servers accountable to directly impact performance • Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team • Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed
