• Provide support, training and education to process servers that are underperforming based on key metrics • Create positive and engaging server experience for all underperforming process servers: • Communicate directly with process servers providing coaching and meaningful feedback • Field all questions from process servers and resolve blockers • Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe in which they need to adjust. • Set clear expectations for underperforming servers • Review assigned reports daily, reach out to disengaged servers to identify and resolve the reasons they are not attempting jobs timely. • Hold Servers accountable to directly impact performance • Track and communicate all blockers to the leadership team • Work closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed

• Act as a primary point of contact for families enrolled in a Connections Academy or Pearson Online Academy program. • Report to the Supervisor of Quality Assurance Management as a part of the Enrollment Operational Enablement Department. • Review and evaluate customer interactions related to enrollment workflows using established quality standards and scorecards. • Identify root causes of quality defects and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner with Teams to drive effective resolution behaviors through coaching. • Document findings and provide actionable insights to reinforce systemic issues.

• Perform comprehensive pre-launch QA validation for all CRM campaigns, bonuses, and promotional setups across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite) • Verify all bonus configurations, ensuring the accuracy of eligibility rules, wagering requirements, caps, expiry dates, game restrictions, and underlying mechanics • Validate targeting logic and player segmentation accuracy prior to any campaign activation • Execute structured, end-to-end testing using test accounts to simulate real player scenarios, confirming that tracking, triggers, and reward deliveries function flawlessly • QA automated lifecycle journeys to guarantee correct entry/exit logic and timing, preventing duplicate triggers, stacking conflicts, or unintended player exposure • Build, maintain, and own standardized QA checklists, testing protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Establish and enforce mandatory QA approval gates and audit trails before any campaign or automation is activated • Conduct root cause analysis on CRM incidents or failed executions to identify recurring gaps and implement preventative controls • Report QA findings, operational risks, and continuous improvement recommendations directly to CRM leadership
