Role Description We are now looking for a number of UPS Field Service Commissioning Engineers to join our UK team, working flexibly from anywhere in the country. In this role, you will provide expert service to Eaton customers by commissioning and maintaining UPS systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in line with Eaton’s safety standards. You will play a key role supporting hyperscale data centres, delivering high-quality technical expertise across commissioning, testing and system configuration. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance required on Buehler metallographic and hardness testing product lines • Develop and maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers and managers • Communicate activities to customers including scheduling of Preventive Maintenance • Respond to routine customer and sales questions regarding equipment operation and performance • Complete all necessary paperwork electronically. • Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety. • Effectively manage time on jobs to ensure maximum efficiency. • Report to Line Manager.

• Perform performance maintenance and setup work on all JBT Marel products • Set up and adjust machines in the field to equipment specifications • Install, commission, and set up JBT Marel filler/seamer products in customer facilities • Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines • Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance • Conduct inventory of new equipment prior to start of installation • Provide training to customers and coworkers when applicable
