• Own the top-down strategy for the VA, driving long-term, cohesive business relationships with senior leadership and key decision-makers. • Drive the clinical adoption of Tempus’ full portfolio, including tissue treatment selection, Liquid/MRD, and hereditary cancer testing. • Develop and execute a sophisticated territory plan aimed at maximizing market share. • Build and maintain deep relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), Oncologists, Pathologists, and Surgeons to move Tempus from a "test provider" to a standard of care partner. • Partner with health system leadership to embed Tempus into formal clinical pathways via pathology or in the EHR.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
- 8–10 years of high-level sales experience in the healthcare, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in oncology.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales at the C-suite or IDN level.
- Expertise in genomic technologies and the current landscape of personalized medicine.
