Role Description Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Supervisor to join our amazing culture. As a Service Supervisor for the Premium Service Center, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows. - Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on corrective maintenance and Customer Service Agreements (CSAs), and other service duties. - Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base. - Supervise Service Coordinators and Program Administrators in all aspects of service delivery. - Support the onboarding of new customers for the PSC, with financial impact measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Qualifications - Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways to act as a role model, guide, develop, and mentor others within the department. - Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations). - Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. - Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems). Requirements - Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience. - Preferred Experience (but not required): - 3-5 years of field service, project management, or relevant engineering. - Previous supervisory experience. - Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
