Full Potential Solutions
• Make 400–600 outbound calls per day to qualified leads • Introduce insurance products such as: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance • Qualify leads based on customer needs and eligibility • Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents/advisors • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems • Meet daily and weekly KPIs including: Call volume, Appointments set, Conversion rate, Attendance rate • Follow compliance guidelines and scripts • Build rapport with potential customers professionally • Handle objections and provide basic product information • Coordinate with agents regarding scheduled appointments
Job Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- BPO, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience preferred
- Outbound sales or retention accounts
- Experience in cold calling is an advantage
- US insurance campaign experience is a strong advantage
- Insurance appointment setting Medicare or Property & Casualty campaigns
- Sales development representative (SDR)
- Lead generation for US accounts
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic CRM and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite or hybrid depending on business needs

Role Description We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic Xplore Business sales team. Based out of the East Coast, this role is responsible for driving new business acquisition and growth and managing key accounts. Role Description The US National Account Director is responsible for driving strategic growth and adoption of Onera’s advanced sleep diagnostic solutions across large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and strategic accounts throughout the United States. This role requires a highly consultative enterprise sales professional capable of engaging executive stakeholders, influencing clinical and operational decision-makers, and leading complex sales processes across multi-site healthcare organizations. The NAR will partner cross-functionally with commercial leadership, clinical, marketing, reimbursement, and operations teams to accelerate adoption and expand utilization of Onera solutions.
