Role Description We are looking for an Accountant that is excited about the below Mission and Outcome. Mission: To manage client offboarding with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance by overseeing financial reconciliations and documentation. Ensure transparency, reduce risk, and uphold organizational standards to support seamless transitions and maintain financial integrity. Outcomes: - Onboarding and Familiarization (1-2 months) - Gain a clear understanding of company policies, financial systems, and offboarding procedures. - Complete training provided by Sleek (practical and theoretical). - Learn current offboarding workflows and documentation processes. - Process Integration (3-4 months) - Begin managing simple offboarding cases under supervision. - Ensure timely and accurate final account reconciliations and report preparations. - Identify inefficiencies or risks in existing processes and suggest improvements if needed. - Ownership (5-6 months) - Independently handle client offboarding cases with minimal to no supervision required. - With complete understanding of the offboarding process. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years experience as a client-fronting Accountant. - Located in the PHILIPPINES. Requirements - Client-fronting experience. - Xero background or similar experiences. - Strong command of the English Language both written and verbally. - Tech-savvy and has background experience on working with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and similar applications. - Experience on application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS) at work (Financial Statement Preparation etc.). Nice to Haves - Singapore compliance, ACRA, IRAS and Singaporean filing exposure is a great plus. - Public practice exposure.
