Remote Recruitment
• Manage and convert inbound leads generated through webinars, Instagram, and other marketing channels. • Conduct discovery and sales calls using a proven sales script and objection-handling framework. • Proactively follow up with warm and cold leads within the CRM pipeline. • Re-engage dormant leads and generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach. • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients. • Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and strong listening skills. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. • Participate in sales coaching, role plays, and ongoing training sessions. • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts, follow-up processes, and overall conversion rates. • Use call recordings and feedback tools to continuously improve sales performance.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within high-ticket sales, coaching, consulting, or real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with clients from different life stages and backgrounds.
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects through a structured sales process.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection required.
