• Own the Full Lifecycle: From cold outreach and "top-down" prospecting to ink-on-paper at the IDN/Health System level. • Navigate the C-Suite: Lead multi-stakeholder deals (6–18 month cycles) involving COOs, CHROs, and CEOs. • Architect the Solution: This isn’t a "product-in-a-box." Overview: Location: Remote (U.S.) | Contract, Part-Time (10 hrs/week) Pay rate: Up to $35 an hour, pending location and experience About the Role: Springboard is launching an online training program designed to prepare aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians with no prior healthcare experience for entry-level roles and the CRCST certification exam through HSPA. Springboard is seeking experienced CRCST-certified Sterile Processing professionals to serve as student mentors throughout the course. Mentors support learners through 1:1 guidance, applied concept reinforcement, and exam-readiness coaching as students progress through a structured 14-week program. Because this is a first-time program launch, mentors will play an important role as early instructional partners, helping identify where students struggle, how concepts translate into practice, and how exam-readiness support can be strengthened across the student experience. This role is distinct from the Live Instructor role and does not include lecture delivery responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Student Mentorship and Support - Meet regularly with assigned students in scheduled 1:1 mentorship sessions - Reinforce key sterile processing concepts aligned to CRCST exam domains - Support students in translating coursework into real-world sterile processing workflows - Help students build confidence navigating unfamiliar healthcare terminology and environments - Provide encouragement, accountability, and structured progress guidance Certification Readiness Support - Help students prepare for the CRCST certification exam - Reinforce domain-level understanding including: - Share practical strategies for exam preparation and knowledge retention - Help students identify areas requiring additional review Applied Industry Context - Help students understand expectations of hospital-based sterile processing environments - Share examples from real sterile processing workflows - Support students in connecting technical learning to workplace responsibilities - Reinforce professionalism expectations within healthcare settings Asynchronous Student Support - Respond to student questions related to course concepts between mentorship sessions - Maintain visibility into student engagement and learning progress - Escalate risk signals to the Springboard support team when appropriate Program Collaboration - Partner with Live Instructors and Springboard’s learning team to surface student learning trends - Share feedback on where students struggle with CRCST-aligned material - Contribute insights that help strengthen the learning experience during program launch Qualifications Required - Active CRCST certification through HSPA - Minimum 3–5 years experience working as a sterile processing technician - Experience working in a hospital-based sterile processing department strongly preferred - Prior experience supporting trainees, students, or new sterile processing staff (preceptor, trainer, mentor, or instructor) - Ability to explain sterilization workflows and infection prevention concepts clearly to learners with no prior healthcare experience Preferred - Experience mentoring adult learners - Experience supporting CRCST exam preparation - Experience working in online or hybrid learning environments - Experience onboarding or precepting new sterile processing technicians - Leadership or shift lead sterile processing experience Other Requirements - Must have reliable internet access (no hotspots) - Must be comfortable using online learning platforms and video meeting tools - Ability to respond to Springboard communications within 24 hours - Ability to respond to student questions within 24–48 business hours - Strong student empathy and communication skills - Positive outlook on the sterile processing profession and career pathway - Must live and work in the United States We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. • This is a part-time contract role (20 hours/week) focused on the part of influencer marketing that matters most: finding the right creators and getting them to say yes on terms that work. • You’ll inherit an existing influencer program with active partnerships, tracked performance history, and established tools. Your job is not to rebuild it from scratch — it’s to improve it. Better sourcing. Sharper evaluation. Smarter outreach. Tighter deal structures. More signed creators who actually drive enrollments. • You’ll work across two product lines with very different audiences and economics — Tech Bootcamps and Allied Health. The right person can navigate both — understanding that the creators, messaging, and deal structures for a $14K bootcamp are fundamentally different from a $4,500 healthcare credential. • Most of your time (~70%) goes to creator discovery and outreach: Find creators whose audiences match Springboard’s buyers. Evaluate creators with a practitioner’s eye. Run outreach that gets responses. Negotiate deals that protect our economics. • The remaining ~30% supports campaign setup and performance: Set up tracking infrastructure for each partnership. Coordinate content and approvals. Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Instructor with prior experience teaching aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians (CSPTs) preparing for the CRCST exam, and who is able to serve as a founding instructional partner and subject matter expert, helping to shape session structure, pacing, and exam-readiness strategy for a first-time program launch. - Facilitate 60-minute, large-group “review sessions” (20-30 students per session) aligned to key curriculum & CRCST focus areas over a 14-week period. - Each lecture will be held 2x weekly to accommodate time zones. - Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence in material. - Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 3 additional hours per week). - Work with Springboard’s learning team to develop and modify all session agendas and lecture decks. - Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others. - Offer 2 live session slots per week, to accommodate different time zones. - Perform tool demonstrations as needed. - Support CRCST exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course. - Respond to student questions about course material over email as needed. - Other needs as they arise. Qualifications - At least five years’ experience working as a sterile processor. Experience working in a hospital-based sterile processing department preferred. - Current CRCST certification through HSPA (certification must be active). - Prior teaching, training, or precepting experience in Sterile Processing is required. - Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments is required. - Ability to break down complex sterilization and infection prevention concepts for students with no prior healthcare experience. Requirements - Must have excellent computer skills and must have reliable internet (no hot spots). - Instructors must be logged onto their computers and utilize their computers for all sessions. - Ability to work independently, think critically, and reliably commit to a lecture schedule. - Must be able to support 24-hour response times to Springboard emails, and 24-48 business-hour response times to student questions. - Strong student empathy, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook on the Sterile Processing role & career. - You live and work in the US. • Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy for: Tech Bootcamps, Certified Medical Assistant Program. • Define platform-specific strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other suitable platforms. • Align influencer campaigns with broader paid, brand, and performance marketing goals. • Establish measurable KPIs (CPA, CPL, enrollments, engagement, revenue contribution). • Identify and evaluate creators with predominantly U.S.-based audiences. • Source influencers in niches such as: Tech career transitions, Software engineering / data science content, Career advice & productivity, Medical and Healthcare professionals, Professional development & education. • Conduct outreach, negotiate contracts, and structure performance-based deals. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers. • Create and manage coupon codes, influencer-specific landing pages(Storyblok), and UTM tracking links to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement. • Collaborate on authentic storytelling aligned with Springboard’s brand voice. • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and tracking links. • Track campaign performance via Hubspot and Looker. • Optimize campaigns based on performance data. • Test different creator tiers, formats, hooks, and messaging. • Scale high-performing partnerships into long-term affiliate programs.

• Own intake requests for operational requests and issues • Maintain operational health by monitoring workflows and resolving issues • Design and improve workflows across teams and programs • Build scalable systems for new initiatives and program needs • Be the tooling and integration expert across various tools • Document workflows, automations, and processes

• Investigating certification pathways, state-by-state regulations, and the evolving challenges of the medical assistant profession. • Drafting authoritative articles, "Day in the Life" guides, and career roadmaps for aspiring allied health workers. • Scripting and recording short-form video content that highlights the daily realities, skills, and rewards of working in a clinical setting. • Identifying "pain points" for students and developing checklists or study guides to help them succeed.

• Conduct an analysis of 5-6 existing, reputable Agentic AI courses and programs • Evaluate topic areas covered, capstone projects / labs featured, and strengths of different courses and instructors • Develop a point of view on what a cutting-edge Agentic AI course must include for today’s learners • Help identify and select course talent (instructors) for the program • Define the high-level course structure and outline, use of instructor talent, learning objectives, and capstone project / assessment approach, consulting with Springboard’s CEO and Director of Learning Experience Design as thought partners • Collaborate with Agentic AI SMEs and instructors to shape the curriculum • Work with 5–8 lecturers (Agentic AI SMEs) to develop lecture-based content • Edit and finalize lecture presentation content and PPT design, to align with overall course outline and flow • Create original, text-based materials and other supplementary content as needed, as wrap-around content to live lectures • Ensure content is coherent, high-quality, and aligned with the overall learning experience • Oversee instructor contracting/negotiating, scheduling, and coordination • Manage timelines and deliverables to support a successful and on-time course launch • Run and/or moderate the first iteration of the course, ensuring smooth execution and a strong learner experience • Gather feedback and insights to inform future iterations
