Role Description At Savvital, we don't just "use" tools; we master them to drive specialized recruitment and operational excellence. We are looking for a HubSpot Platform Operator who lives in the ecosystem. This isn't a "button-pusher" seat—it's a builder's seat. You will own HubSpot end-to-end across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, architecting the automation logic that powers our growth and ensures our data remains pristine. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, translating messy business requirements into clean, scalable infrastructure. If you get a rush from untangling a misconfigured lifecycle sync or cutting deployment times through smarter architecture, you belong on our team. What You'll Own - Workflow Architecture & Automation - Design and build complex, multi-branch HubSpot workflows including enrollment triggers, re-enrollment logic, and internal notifications. - Audit and refactor legacy automations to eliminate logic conflicts and performance bottlenecks. - Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle stage transitions based on real behavioral signals. - Integrations & Data Integrity - Own the bi-directional sync between HubSpot and Salesforce (or other CRMs), managing field mapping and conflict resolution. - Debug integration failures by reading sync error logs and API histories rather than just filing support tickets. - Maintain Zapier/Make pipelines to connect HubSpot to the broader tech stack. - Enforce strict data governance, including property hygiene and deduplication. - Email & Content Operations - Manage the full email production pipeline, focusing on template architecture, personalization tokens, and A/B testing. - Build landing page and form ecosystems with proper UTM capture and progressive profiling. - Establish naming conventions and campaign tagging taxonomy. - Reporting & Attribution - Build custom dashboards that give leadership a clear view of pipeline contribution and ROI. - Implement multi-touch attribution models to ensure consistent tracking across all channels. - Surface actionable insights during weekly and quarterly business reviews. - AI Tooling & Innovation - Leverage HubSpot's native AI features (predictive scoring, ChatSpot) to accelerate output. - Identify and pilot third-party AI tools for copy generation or lead enrichment. Qualifications - 3–6+ years of hands-on experience inside HubSpot in an operator/admin capacity. - Deep expertise in workflow logic: branching, delays, and goal-based exits. - Proven ability to debug broken automations by reading logs. - Experience managing CRM bi-directional syncs and field mapping. - Solid reporting skills using custom HubSpot reports and funnel analytics. Requirements - HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or RevOps. - Experience with HubSpot CMS or HubL templating. - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Looker or Google Data Studio. - Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment. How We Work - Autonomy & Accountability: You have the freedom to make architectural decisions, but you own the results. - Documentation is Mandatory: If it isn't documented, it doesn't exist. - Strategic Seat: You are in the room when strategy is set, not just handed a brief afterward. - Privacy First: As with all Savvital operations, we maintain high standards for data privacy and internal branding—candidates and team members must follow our specific communication protocols. - Work Timings: This is a Full-time role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Market Competitive. - Allowances: Internet, Electricity, and Wellbeing. - Performance-based bonuses.
