• Take full control of the technical and support the functional environment of missions. • Responsible for designing the best architecture, supporting staffing, delegating, and prioritising work to ensure project success. • Adapt to unexpected project shifts and navigate complex organisational landscapes with autonomy. • Support the financial aspects of projects and missions, ensuring delivery remains within scope and budget. • Act as a recognised expert and point of reference for employees across the group in your specific domain. • Foster awareness and implementation of quality management principles, processes, and tools to ensure differentiated deliverables. • Establish long-lasting relationships with clients, influencing their strategic decisions and anticipating future needs. • Lead the design and drafting of complex sales proposals, being key in negotiations and technical pre-sales activities. • Proactively propose improvements to the client’s organisation and processes based on technical insights. • Analyse risks that threaten project progress and implement decisive action plans.

Job Requirements

  • More than 7+ years designing highly scalable and resilient solutions with Java, .Net or Python, using modern architectures and main patterns.
  • Extensive experience deploying on one of the main cloud providers (Azure, GCP or AWS).
  • Impactful public speaking skills with the ability to federate and convince stakeholders, even in challenging environments.
  • Good English (minimum B2) is a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of the strategic and practical ramifications of technical decisions.
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
