Role Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team! - Agency management of an assigned territory (training and supervising agents or sales representatives) including agency relationship and portfolio management and collaboration with the commercial, personal, and renewal underwriters. - Develop, manage, and execute the territory marketing plan with regular touchpoints to assigned agencies. - Business planning and budgeting. - Meeting growth, profit, new business and loss objectives. - Knowledge of commercial, personal and agricultural underwriting guides is necessary to provide technical support, assuring that Company policies and standards are being adhered to. - Meeting producer and policyholder service standards. - Leadership skills. Qualifications - Minimum of 1-3 years of P&C sales experience or 3+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience. - College degree or comparable work experience. - Proficient interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. - Efficient written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to operate computer equipment. - Ability to travel when necessary.
