• Monitor daily listing performance across multiple brands (sessions, CVR, revenue) • Identify revenue leaks (drops in ranking, suppressed listings, lost Buy Box) • Take immediate action to recover and scale underperforming ASINs • Execute Pearl West’s internal listing optimization framework (COSMOS & RUFUS compliant) • Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content for both SEO and conversion • Ensure all listings align with brand positioning and premium product standards • Continuously improve listings based on performance data and customer feedback • Run structured A/B tests on images using Amazon Experiments or external tools • Track and analyze key metrics: CVR, sessions, revenue, keyword ranking

• Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Develop detailed process maps and documentation to support analysis. • Identify and develop new ideas for process improvement by analyzing current processes, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and conducting research on industry best practices. • Work closely with various departments and teams to understand their needs, gather input, and build consensus on process improvement initiatives. • Develop and execute action plans for implementing process improvements.

• Collaborate with business partners to gather, interpret, and document business requirements, including data discovery, policies, procedures and analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Client Delivery, Data Integration, Engineering and Analytics, to enhance existing data workflows and processes. • Assist in supporting technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Utilize SQL and related tools to support data-driven decision-making through reports, dashboards, and data extracts. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems through data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. • Conduct file testing during implementations to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications. • Conduct root cause analysis on complex data issues and ensure findings are documented and incorporated into process improvements. • Troubleshoot application or process issues, document findings, and recommend solutions. • Work within Databricks and related data platforms to support, document, and optimize data workflows and pipelines. • Work within Azure DevOps to identify, track and maintain individual and team initiatives. • Support automation and optimization of data-related tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency. • Investigate and troubleshoot data issues, performing root cause analysis with guidance as needed.

• Run daily and weekly operations of the field organization • Ensure projects are aligned to: scope, schedule, execution expectations • Support PMs / field engineers in resolving issues quickly • Maintain visibility across active sites, priorities, and risks • Monitor and support: Revenue tracking & forecasting, Project burn vs plan • Invoicing progress and accuracy • Ensure operational performance aligns with headcount planning and utilization targets • Provide visibility into business health and gaps • Own deployment of field teams across active work • Maintain utilization balance across the group • Support hiring decisions (L1–L5 roles) • Partner with leadership on forecasting headcount needs • Lead weekly team operating meetings, including: What’s going well, Risks / blockers, Priority shifts • Reinforce focus areas: safety training, consistency in execution • Lead and support field engineers and managers • Reinforce expectations around: professionalism, communication, accountability • Drive team culture aligned with Fluid2Chip standards • Support development and growth of field personnel • Ensure consistent use of: playbooks, communication standards, expense / time reporting • Maintain accountability for operational hygiene across the team • Support new work through: staffing approach, execution planning, scope input • Contribute to planning that aligns delivery with available resources
