Sales Specialist
Quaker Valley Foods, Inc
• Sources new customers and generates qualified leads • Build strong customer relationships by routinely and systematically making face-to-face sales calls to the Customer base. • Presents certain company presentations focused mainly on the products and services while on site. • Respond to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. • Opens customer accounts by recording account information. • Enter customer orders with accuracy and assure customer satisfaction. • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products. • Presents the range of prices on the particular product or services. • Makes follow-up calls to customers to ensure that the customers are satisfied. • Maintains close contact with customers, resolves certain issues and answers relevant questions. • Meet personal/sales team targets and call handling quotas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or three (3) or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Three (3) or more years of sales, marketing, or food industry experience.
- Prior experience working in the food industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office software products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
