Country Manager Full time Remote Brazil We are a new and innovative connected TV operating system challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets. Job Description: We are looking for a Country Manager LatAm/Brazil to join our dynamic Business Development team. Reporting directly to the SVP BD and closely linked to the Partnerships Director and the Advertising team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring TitanOS continues to lead the way in Connected TV innovation. This position is remote, based in Sao Paolo, and (at least) twice a year in our beautiful Barcelona office. This role will spearhead platform monetization, content acquisition for FAST channels, and CTV apps. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with top-tier content providers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a diverse, locally relevant, and engaging content lineup that aligns with our strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll manage the local relationships with partners (CTV streaming Apps & FAST Channels) in one of our key regions. Key Responsibilities: - Monetizing the OS through endemic partners, following the tools and business models in place. Maintaining good contacts with the buyers of advertisement and driving the revenue growth. - Onboarding of locally relevant CTV apps & acquisition of locally relevant FAST Channels that align with our strategic content plans and maximize revenue performance. Identifying and evaluating content providers and application developers to integrate suitable digital services for our CTV platform. Create strategic partnerships with our existing content providers and explore possibilities for new content providers to join. - Partner management & support. Ensuring our content partners reach their KPIs (e.g., subscriptions, MAUs). Maintaining the right content (prefill, Ads, Apps) on the TVs. Data reporting and analysis of Apps/Content usage, implement partners' content roadmap, and drive engagement. Bridge between partners and internal product & tech teams, legal, and marketing. Come join us if you have: - 10+ years experience in a Business Development / Sales role (with 4+ years experience in a CTV Operating System environment in Brazil - Experience in pitching CTV advertising propositions and closing high-impact deals - Deep understanding of the region in terms of local content and trends (distributors, companies, locally relevant content, etc.), industry-contacts / awareness, etc - Experience managing relationships with content partners is a must. Experience managing relationships with retailers and manufacturers is a plus. - Professional knowledge of Smart TV trends, Business Development, and Partner Management - Experience engaging content partners and onboarding services on CTV devices - Detailed understanding of all technologies and adjacent spaces relevant to the modern Smart TV industry - Experience explaining CTV content, features, and platforms to customers and stakeholders - Master's Degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing, or similar, or has reached this level through another form of training or experience - Experience working remotely.
