• Take full P&L responsibility for the Amazon channel — revenue, margin and profitability are in your hands • Act as an entrepreneur within the company: you make decisions and are accountable for results; develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy to achieve category leadership • Ensure flawless account health as the foundation for scalable growth • Manage assortment, launches, pricing and promotions with the objective of category leadership and develop content (A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, Brand Stores) that not only looks great but converts and ranks • Full-funnel strategy: from awareness to conversion, from new customer acquisition to retention, and scale advertising budgets with a clear focus on profitable market share gains • Use AI not as a gimmick but as a strategic lever — for content creation, competitive analysis, automation and faster decision-making • Orchestrate collaboration with Brand Management, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance and report to the Sales Director Online
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central management — ideally with a proven track record of scaling brands
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you understand P&L, margin and market share — not just clicks and impressions — and have experience developing and implementing growth strategies that win categories
- Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising (PPC & DSP) as a tool for gaining market share and a solid understanding of account health and operational excellence as the basis for scaling
- Experience with A+ Content, Premium A+ Content and Brand Story — content that performs
- Confident user of Helium 10, Excel, Looker Studio and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) as daily work tools and an affinity for AI: you see artificial intelligence as a force multiplier, not a hype
- High degree of autonomy and ownership mentality — you don’t wait for instructions, you set them
- Excellent German and English skills and clear, persuasive communication
