• Provide comprehensive operational support, including calendar management, email handling, and appointment scheduling with meticulous follow-up. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, ensuring all interactions are professional, clear, and timely. • Maintain the organization of digital files, records, and daily task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Assist in internal workflows with a sharp eye for detail, upholding our standards of professionalism in every task. • Anticipate client needs and streamline communications to enhance overall efficiency.
• Recover outstanding client accounts • Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on payments • Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities • Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection targets
• Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy. • Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills. • Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties. • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines. • Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems. • Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
